Once an order is submitted, it begins processing as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders cannot be changed once they are submitted. However, please keep in mind that orders may take up to 5 business days to process before they are shipped. All sales are final. No exchange.

Pick-up in store

The ordered, validated and paid products will be available in shop for removal in two days after the order. An e-mail of confirmation should be sent to you. Should the opposite occur, you can call in shop to verify if your order is ready. This option includes no delivery. It is of the responsibility of the customer to come himself, with a valid photo ID, ( same name as order ) to get back his order, during normal opening hours of the store, from the confirmation of availability, and in 15 days after the date of order validated on the site. All sales are final. No exchange.
